We are looking to recruit a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer for a technology driven public sector organisation.
You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising modern M365 solutions across the business, with a focus on SharePoint administration and enhancing collaboration tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to drive forward digital transformation, deliver real change, and build on their technical expertise within a supportive and innovative public sector environment.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in Brighton 6 days a month.
What You'll Be Doing:
Championing M365 collaboration tools across the organisation.
Designing and delivering SharePoint site solutions within established architecture frameworks.
Creating high-quality documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Supporting the configuration and optimisation of M365 products, particularly SharePoint and other Microsoft applications.
Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend solutions.
Leading on the implementation and enhancement of M365-based services, ensuring best practices are followed.
Supporting integration and migration activities in collaboration with other teams.What We're Looking For:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly SharePoint administration.
Experience designing and maintaining M365 solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of M365 technical roadmaps and producing clear, user-friendly documentation.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification (MS-900) or equivalent experience.
A proactive, customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills
