Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 applications within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, access controls, permissions and information governance.
• Experience troubleshooting complex application issues, ideally at third-line support level.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A genuine interest in AI, automation and the future of workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing advanced application support across Microsoft 365, including Copilot, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Investigating and resolving complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point for the wider support team.
• Managing Copilot configuration, administration, licensing, permissions and service optimisation.
• Evaluating new Microsoft 365 features, updates and emerging capabilities.
• Monitoring Microsoft's product roadmap and identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency.
• Working closely with technology, security and risk teams to support the safe adoption of AI tools.
• Improving the user experience and ensuring the Microsoft 365 environment remains secure and effective.
