Job summary

Peaple Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Copilot Application Specialist to deliver 3rd-line support and optimize productivity tooling for clients in the UK.

You will troubleshoot complex issues across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office 365, configure Copilot, manage licensing and access, and work with technical teams to improve adoption and governance. This role also requires strong security controls, permissions, and governance practices to be maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 3rd-line application support across Microsoft 365.
• Near-expert knowledge of Copilot configuration, permissions and governance.
• Strong understanding of M365 security, permissions, governance and licensing.
• Proven experience resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist 3rd-line application support across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Office 365.
• Act as the escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 application issues, investigating root causes and implementing effective resolutions.
• Support Copilot configuration, licensing, access management and ongoing service improvements.
• Ensure appropriate security, permissions and governance controls are in place across Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Troubleshoot application integrations, user access issues and functionality across the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Work closely with technical teams and end users to improve application performance, adoption and user experience.
