RedRock Resourcing is partnering with a renowned law firm to appoint a Microsoft 365 specialist focused on Copilot and AI adoption. You will own internal support and drive continuous improvement across M365, Copilot, security and governance.

You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders across the business to improve the user experience, maintain a secure and effective Microsoft 365 environment, and identify opportunities to get more value from the technology available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 apps in a professional services setting.
• Strong understanding of Copilot capabilities, access controls, permissions and information governance.
• Experience resolving escalated application issues, ideally at third-line level.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at varying levels.
• Genuine interest in AI, automation and the evolution of workplace technology.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, acting as a point of escalation for the wider support function.
• Take ownership of Copilot configuration, administration, licensing, permissions and ongoing service optimisation.
• Evaluate new features, updates and capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Monitor Microsoft's product roadmap and assess how new functionality could benefit the organisation.
• Collaborate with technology, security and risk teams to support the safe and effective implementation of AI tools.

I'm proud to be working with an award-winning law firm looking to strengthen its Microsoft 365 capability, with a particular focus on Copilot and the wider adoption of AI.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to take ownership of internal support and continuous improvement of M365 & Copilot, while developing their expertise in emerging AI technologies.

You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders across the business to improve the user experience, maintain a secure and effective Microsoft 365 environment, and identify opportunities to get more value from the technology available.
