Artis Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Microsoft 365 Applications Specialist in Bristol for a hybrid role, with two days in the office. You will own the Microsoft 365 environment, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and the Office suite, resolving complex issues and enabling colleagues to get the most from technology and AI features.

• Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office.
• Ability to manage incidents, changes and problems with a proactive approach to service improvement.
• Knowledge of permissions, access management and application security.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd and 3rd-line support across Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Office.
• Support rollout, configuration and ongoing development of Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Investigate and resolve complex application, access, integration and performance issues.
• Manage permissions, licensing, security settings and user access to ensure governance and compliance.
• Support application upgrades, releases, patches and service improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve user experience.
• Liaise with external suppliers and partners to maintain service quality.
• Produce technical documentation and guidance for users.
