Job summary
Kryptos Technologies limited is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer in London to design, implement, administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services at scale. The role emphasizes collaboration, security, governance and automation within a large enterprise environment.
You will lead governance, licensing, tenant admin, and identity integration while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to 365 roadmap decisions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of infrastructure and platform engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and administration experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID.
- Experience with Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA and governance.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation using Microsoft Graph API.
Responsibilities
- Design and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex identity, collaboration, and messaging issues.
- Manage tenant administration, licensing, governance, and user lifecycle.
- Implement security, compliance, retention, and information protection solutions.
- Administer Entra ID, hybrid identity and Identity Governance.
- Develop automation with PowerShell and Graph API.
- Monitor health, performance, security, and adoption trends.
