Job summary

Mase Consulting Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer specializing in microscopy to join a global microscope equipment provider in London. You will receive extensive training while supporting customers across the assigned territory, including academia and research organisations.

The role requires Masters or PhD level education with hands-on microscopy experience, a strong work ethic, independence and a full UK driving licence. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in optics or microscopy.
• Experiences with microscopy; heavy microscopy user or involved in enhancing microscope functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote maintenance, calibration and repair of microscopy equipment.
• Calibrate, service and commission systems at customer sites including installations.
• Shadow and train through site visits, manage support cases and diary.
• Submit accurate service reports and develop product expertise.
• Maintain high level of technical knowledge within product category.
