Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding knowledge of food, wines, techniques and allergy requirements.
• Ability to respond to guest queries and complaints with poise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the restaurant service.
• Responsible for managing the rotas/staffing levels.
• Lead, manage and inspire your team to provide a 1 Michelin star guest experience.
• Training and development of all staff using company procedures.
• Recruiting team members and delegating tasks.
• Undertake monthly stock takes and oversee ordering of stock.
• Work closely with suppliers to maintain quality and cost control.
• Maintain revenue, profitability and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure the best guest experience.
• Ensure H&S, FSA compliance and hygiene standards.
