Responsibilities

• Run shifts with the Restaurant Manager.
• Greet customers and manage table reservations.
• Lead, manage and inspire staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Count cash, reconcile payments and banking per systems.
• Handle rotas and staffing levels.
• Train and develop staff using company procedures.
• Respond to customer queries and handle complaints.
• Ensure impeccable service for every guest.
• Take food orders and delegate tasks.
• Undertake monthly stock takes and order stock.
• Oversee H&S, allergen laws and hygiene ratings.
