Job Profile Summary: The MI Reporting Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and leading Chaucer’s enterprise reporting capability. As the organisation progresses through a major data transformation programme including the migration to a new cloud-based data platform, the creation of a single source of truth, and the enhancement of our data and analytics capabilities, this role is critical in driving the successful delivery of improved reporting, increased analytics maturity, and actionable insights across the business.
The role leads the Power BI development team and works closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful, high‑quality reporting and insight. The MI Reporting Manager will also collaborate with the Snowflake data engineering team to ensure reporting solutions are built on trusted, well‑structured data foundations.
A key responsibility is to establish and lead a Reporting Centre for Enablement, partnering with SME analytics leads across the business to embed best practice, ensure consistency, and build a federated reporting community that supports Chaucer’s move towards a more data‑driven culture.
