Job summary

Farmfoods is hiring MHE Training Team Leaders at our Daventry Distribution Centre in NN11 8QL. The role is permanent, full-time, with 37.5 hours per week across AM and PM shifts, including weekends. Compensation includes £16.83 per hour, guaranteed 37.5 hours, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous training experience required or preferred.
• RTITB ITSSAR or AITT certification preferred, but training can be provided if experience is suitable.
• A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
• Must be aged 18 or over (Health and Safety requirement).

Responsibilities

• Induct new employees into the business using e-learning/iPads.
• Provide practical training across MHE, LLOP, PPT.
• Ensure all employees are up to date with training.
• Plan and communicate training sessions with warehouse management.
• Keep data up to date and accurate.
• Issue uniform.
• Induct agency staff.

We are looking to recruit MHE Training Team Leaders who will be responsible for training and inducting new starters at our Distribution Centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire (postcode: NN11 8QL).

We offer a permanent full time position working a variety of AM and PM shift patterns any 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day.

Pay, working hours & benefits

We offer an hourly pay rate of £16.83 per hour.

You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full time positions and if you’re looking to earn a bit more then overtime may be available.
