Farmfoods Ltd. is seeking a MHE Training Team Leader at the Daventry distribution centre. The role requires leading training and induction for new starters, with paid hourly rates and guaranteed weekly hours.
Candidates will support MHE training, coordinate sessions, and ensure up-to-date records. Training can be provided for suitable applicants, including RTITB ITSSAR or AITT certification. We offer a permanent full-time position across AM/PM shifts, with 37.5 hours per week, overtime

We are looking to recruitMHE Training Team Leaderswho will be responsible for training and inducting new startersat our Distribution Centre inDaventry, Northamptonshire (postcode: NN11 8QL).
We offer a permanent full time position working a variety of AM and PM shift patterns any5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day.
We offer an hourly pay rate of £16.83per hour.
You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full time positions and if you’re looking to earn a bit more then overtime may be available.

- To be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role (due to Health and Safety reasons).
- A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
- Previous training experience.
-RTITB ITSSAR or AITT certification preferred, but training can be provided should experience be suitable.
