Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd. is seeking a MHE Training Team Leader at the Daventry distribution centre. The role requires leading training and induction for new starters, with paid hourly rates and guaranteed weekly hours.

Candidates will support MHE training, coordinate sessions, and ensure up-to-date records. Training can be provided for suitable applicants, including RTITB ITSSAR or AITT certification. We offer a permanent full-time position across AM/PM shifts, with 37.5 hours per week, overtime

Qualifications

• Experience in training and inducting new starters.
• Certifications preferred (RTITB ITSSAR or AITT); training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Induct new employees using elearning and iPads.
• Provide practical training across MHE, LLOP and PPT.
• Ensure training records are current and accurate.
• Plan and communicate training sessions with warehouse management.
• Induct agency staff and issue uniforms.
