Job summary

The Entertainer in Banbury seeks an accredited MHE Instructor to train, test, mentor and certify colleagues in safe MHE use. You will issue certificates, pass details to site admin and contribute to documentation and ongoing training programs.

This full-time role operates on a 5-from-7 shift pattern (15:00–23:00). The package includes a salary up to £29,859.21 per year plus a 7% shift premium and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A current MHE trainer qualification and actively training on a regular basis.
• Consideration given to experienced MHE operators with valid licences who wish to undertake trainer qualification.
• Strong ability to mentor learners and provide on-the-job coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MHE training in line with accrediting body and onsite guidelines.
• Act as ambassador for learning; provide training and support to all learners.
• Keep up to date with MHE regulations and H&S; ensure practices align with business.
