Job summary

Accept Recruitment is seeking an experienced MHE Instructor to join a busy logistics team in Leicestershire. You will own all MHE training on site, overseeing novice and refresher sessions across counterbalance, PPT and Flexi trucks, while performing core warehouse duties such as receiving, storing and dispatching stock.

The role combines training leadership with hands-on warehouse work, with a 10am-6pm core schedule and flexibility to rotate across a 24-hour period when training needs arise.

Qualifications

• Valid ITSAR or RTITB MHE instructor certificate with minimum 10 days training.
• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment including pallet trucks and forklift vehicles.
• Basic PC literacy; ability to use warehouse management systems (training provided).
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and owning all forms of MHE training on site, including novice, refresher and familiarisation training.
• Receiving and safely storing inward products, and picking and dispatching outward products.
• Safeguarding customers' products and ensuring safe storage and timely dispatch of goods.
• Completing accurate paperwork and quality checks to support contracts.
• Flagging any hygiene, damage or quality issues to your manager.
• Working safely at all times, protecting your own safety and the team.
