Job summary

Warrens is hiring MHE Operatives for the Crick site, joining a busy ambient warehouse operation across Bread and Cake Distribution sites. You will help keep products moving safely and efficiently, using reach trucks and PPTs while supporting loading, inbound and stock movement.

We seek candidates with previous forklift/MHE experience, a strong safety focus, and a reliable, team-oriented approach. The shift is 4 on 4 off days 06:00-18:00, with a pay rate of £14.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Reach Truck forklift experience is advantageous.
• In-house licences from previous employers considered if you have practical experience.
• Strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.
• Available to work a 4 on 4 dayshift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including reach trucks and PPTs where required.
• Support movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity following site procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks per standards.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems to maintain stock integrity.
• Collaborate with the wider warehouse team to keep operations moving.

We are looking for reliable and motivated MHE Operatives to join Warrens at our Crick site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Bread and Cake Distribution sites, you will play a key role in keeping products moving safely, accurately and efficiently through the warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous MHE experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment and are confident operating equipment such as reach trucks and PPTs, while supporting loading, inbound and stock movement activity.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off Days from 06:00 - 18:00

Salary: £14.70 per hour

What you'll be doing:

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including reach trucks and PPT equipment where required.
• Support the movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity while following site procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks in line with operational standards.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems accurately to help maintain stock integrity.
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to keep the operation moving at pace.
