Job summary

Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) is hiring MHE Operatives for Warrens at our Crick site. Join a busy ambient warehouse, operating reach trucks and PPTs to move stock safely and efficiently from 06:00 to 18:00, 4 on 4 off.

Salary is £14.70 per hour, with loading/unloading and stock movement duties across inbound and put-away activities. You will perform vehicle checks, use scanners, and work with a collaborative team to maintain high stock integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Reach Truck forklift experience is advantageous.
• In-house licences from previous employers can be considered, provided you have relevant practical experience.
• A strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.
• A reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.
• Availability to work a 4 on 4 Dayshift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including reach trucks and PPT equipment where required.
• Support the movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity while following site procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks in line with operational standards.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems accurately to help maintain stock integrity.
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to keep the operation moving at pace.

Job Description

We are looking for reliable and motivated MHE Operatives to join Warrens at our Crick site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Bread and Cake Distribution sites, you will play a key role in keeping products moving safely, accurately and efficiently through the warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous MHE experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment and are confident operating equipment such as reach trucks and PPTs, while supporting loading, inbound and stock movement activity.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off Days from 06:00 - 18:00
