Job summary

Culina Group is seeking MHE Operatives for Warrens at our Crick site to support a busy ambient warehouse operation. You will safely operate reach trucks and PPTs, assist with stock movement and inbound activity, and work closely with the team to keep goods moving efficiently.

The role requires previous forklift experience, a 4 on 4 off night schedule (18:00–06:00), and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Reach Truck forklift experience is advantageous.
• In-house licences from previous employers can be considered with relevant experience.
• Strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.
• Availability to work a 4 on 4 Nightshift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including reach trucks and PPT equipment where required.
• Support the movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity while following site procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks in line with operational standards.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems accurately to help maintain stock integrity.
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to keep the operation moving at pace.

We are looking for reliable and motivated MHE Operatives to join Warrens at our Crick site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Bread and Cake Distribution sites, you will play a key role in keeping products moving safely, accurately and efficiently through the warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous MHE experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment and are confident operating equipment such as reach trucks and PPTs, while supporting loading, inbound and stock movement activity.

Shift pattern:4 on 4 off Nights from 18:00 - 06:00

Salary:£14.70 per hour plus £1.47 per hour shift allowance
