A global snacking leader is seeking a Change Management Business Capability lead in the UK. This temporary role involves overseeing the S4O9 transformation program, requiring at least 10 years of experience in global change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a solid background in complex change management practices. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree and a Change Management certification. The position doesn't support relocation and involves limited travel.
You will play a crucial role in leading one of the largest transformations within MDLZ, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SAP S/4 HANA and o9 systems. SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear which will transform and optimise business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. You will be a core member of the MEU S4/09 Leadership Team, partnering with leaders across functions in the Region as well as the Global Transformation Office to define and deliver an effective change strategy. You will also be responsible for establishing and managing the MEU Change Team to drive change management delivery and adoption.
What you need to know about this position: Please note that this is a project role, a fixed-term contract by March 2028.
Experience in leading complex Change Management programmes for SH4/O9/similar implementations across multiple geographies.
