Job summary

Anglian Water Services, Huntingdon, is seeking an IMA Scheduler to plan and manage future work schedules for metering operatives. You’ll work with the IMA Contact Team and Operational Teams to meet KPIs and ODI targets, ensuring efficient scheduling and first-time delivery.

You will drive improvements in SAP and Oracle processes, maximise field resource utilisation, and maintain clear updates and stakeholder communication to deliver a reliable customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
• Experience in scheduling environment.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think commercially (desirable).
• Understanding of regulatory and operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage metering schedules to deliver against customer expectations and service targets.
• Maximise utilisation of field resources to drive productivity and achieve targets.
• Coordinate scheduling activities with dependencies and third-party requirements.
• Identify and manage risks to delivery and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate updates in SAP/Oracle with clear information.
• Communicate changes to Contact Team and stakeholders.
• Monitor service levels and keep customers informed as required.
• Prevent duplicate work requests to improve efficiency.
