Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
• Experience in an operational or operational support environment or customer-facing environment.
• Relevant experience in a Scheduling environment.
• Excellent awareness & understanding of operational IMA issues.
• Excellent knowledge and experience on SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think commercially (desirable).
• Understanding of the regulatory and operating environment.
• Able to translate technical knowledge to others.
• Able to make sound decisions.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage metering schedules to deliver against customer expectations and targets.
• Maximise utilisation of field resources to drive productivity and targets.
• Coordinate scheduling activities ensuring work is deliverable and timely.
• Identify and manage risks to delivery and escalate where needed.
• Ensure work has correct dependencies, permits and third-party requirements.
• Maintain compliance with Traffic Management and regulatory requirements.
• Update SAP/Oracle with accurate information.
• Communicate with teams and stakeholders about changes affecting delivery.
• Maintain accurate work status through field liaison.
• Monitor customer service levels and keep customers informed.
