Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is recruiting an IMA Scheduler to plan and manage metering work schedules for the IMA metering operatives.

You will collaborate with the IMA Contact Team and Operational Teams to meet KPIs and ODI targets, ensuring right-first-time delivery and minimal rework. The role requires scheduling expertise, strong numeracy and communication skills, and extensive experience with SAP and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational or scheduling environment.
• Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
• Ability to think commercially and translate technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage metering schedules to deliver against customer expectations and service targets.
• Maximise utilisation of field resources to drive productivity and meet targets.
• Coordinate all scheduling activities with dependencies and third-party requirements.
• Identify and manage risks to delivery and escalate as needed.
• Ensure system updates (SAP/Oracle) are accurate and timely.
• Maintain clear communication with teams and stakeholders regarding changes.
• Monitor service levels and prevent duplicate work to improve efficiency.
