Job summary

Leep Utilities is seeking an Onboarding Manager to shape the customer journey from connection through billing. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring accurate metering data and seamless billing readiness, while leading meter asset teams and driving continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Operations, Billing, Revenue Protection and developers to optimise data flows and onboarding pathways, delivering operational excellence and high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with meters, metering data, or onboarding is essential.
• Experience leading a team in an operational or data-driven environment.
• Understanding of how metering data affects onboarding, billing accuracy and the Meter-to-Cash cycle.
• Ability to resolve complex metering issues and data discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer onboarding process from developer handover to ongoing tenant changes.
• Lead engagement with third party stakeholders to ensure onboarding outcomes.
• Serve as central point for metering onboarding requirements and data validity.
• Ensure customers are metering ready before billing commences.
• Identify and improve onboarding workflows, including automation opportunities.
• Lead the team to maintain meter records and lifecycle management tasks.
• Escalate and resolve complex metering issues and discrepancies.
