Job summary

Utility Warehouse is seeking a senior professional to own the end-to-end smart meter adoption portfolio, ensuring installation targets are met while improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

The role involves targeting, segmentation, and strategic analysis to identify adoption opportunities, tracking risks, milestones, and dependencies from concept to delivery within a collaborative, cross-functional environment in London. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy sector and smart metering.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Campaign collaboration with Marketing to design and evaluate smart meter acquisition campaigns.
• Develop value propositions and messaging to improve journeys and boost conversions.
• Own smart meter rollout KPIs and provide data-driven updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with Data and Technology teams on automation and analytics to optimise delivery.
• Lead cross-functional governance and partner with external metering suppliers.
