Boku Network Services UK Ltd is seeking a dynamic Manager, Merchant Integrations to lead a team of Integration Managers in the Merchant Services group. You will own end-to-end onboarding, API implementation and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple merchants.

You will shape merchant experiences by driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and guiding strategic cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology/Engineering or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, solutions engineering or integration management in fintech/payments.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Integration Managers in Merchant Services.
• Oversee onboarding and integration projects with consistent quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for complex integration issues and guide problem-solving.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of integration processes and playbooks.
• Own team-level KPIs and use data to drive merchant satisfaction and performance.
• Plan resources, workload distribution and prioritization across projects.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and API implementation efforts for timely go-lives.
• Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
