Job summary

This strategic role focuses on prioritization, roadmap ownership, and solving complex problems to expand distribution and improve merchant reach at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for payment marketing products in line with the company vision and goals.
• Requirements-Definition: create comprehensive product plans, market requirements, objectives and priorities; write user stories for agile teams.
• Provide value-based prioritization of development initiatives to maximize ROI and market fit; deliver consistent releases.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, be the main point of contact, and drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Work with teams to create and execute go-to-market plans; monitor metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay current with Martech and bundling trends; act as a thought leader to inform senior management.
