Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities for merchant integration.
• Act as a central point between merchants, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Analyse merchant requirements and align with product capabilities.
• Support optimisation by reviewing transaction performance data.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Merchant Success Manager, and Optimisation Specialists.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and reporting.
