Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Merchandising Administrator for a fashion-focused graduate opportunity in East Leeds. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales, stock data and product movement from planning to shop floor, with a strong emphasis on Excel and data accuracy.

You will join a leading brand and learn across product, stock and reporting, developing commercially in a supportive team. Office-based, 35 hours/week, £13.46/hour with free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Fashion Buying, Fashion Merchandising, Retail or related subject.
• Strong interest in fashion, retail and commercial performance.
• Excellent Excel skills and data handling.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process sales, stock and product data using Excel.
• Set up and maintain product information including pricing, descriptions, sizes and categories.
• Assist with stock movements and product allocations to ensure availability.
• Prepare reports and trackers for merchandising and trade meetings.
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics and warehouse teams.
