Job summary

Huntress - Leeds is seeking a bright Fashion Graduate to join its Merchandising team as a Merchandising Administrator in East Leeds. You'll work with sales and stock data, set up product information, and support planning from supplier to shop floor.

This graduate role focuses on learning the ropes of merchandising, using Excel, maintaining data accuracy, and preparing reports for meetings. A degree in Fashion Buying, Merchandising, Retail or Business is ideal with strong numeracy and attention

Qualifications

Degree in Fashion Buying, Fashion Merchandising, Retail, Business or similar.
Genuine interest in fashion and product performance.
Good Excel skills and enjoy working with numbers.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork.
Desire to develop in merchandising.

Responsibilities

Work with sales, stock and product data using Excel.
Set up and maintain product information including pricing, descriptions, sizes and categories.
Help the team understand how different products and ranges are performing.
Monitor stock levels and highlight anything that could impact availability.
Support product deliveries, launches and stock movements.
Assist with allocations and replenishment to get the right stock to the right place.
Prepare reports and trackers for merchandising and trade meetings.
Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, warehouse and other teams.
