Job description

We're a distributed team, with team members across the UK and Europe! We work closely with many other functions across the business and collaborate using virtual tools and our offices. We aim to gather as a full team once a year for an offsite in London or Amsterdam, and otherwise meet with our country teams as often as we can.

Overview

This role is responsible for the 'shop window' of our site, ensuring that products are set live accurately and merchandised to customers in inspiring and user-friendly ways. You’ll sit within our Commercial team and report to our Head of Commercial UK. You’ll work closely with teams including Range, Creative, Forecasting, Central Operations Planning, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Product Launches - ensure all products for the Bloom & Wild brand are launched onto the website in an accurate and timely manner:
    • Kick off the product site launch process by setting up production codes for forecasting & planning
    • Create SKUs in our backend system, upload all product information using assets provided (eg product timings, imagery, product descriptions)
    • Complete a pre-launch checklist, confirming stock is where it should be and all dependencies are aligned before going live
  • Navigational Merchandising - plan and oversee navigational elements of our website (navs, product grids, content cards, etc):
    • Create merchandising plans to help customers navigate our product range, creating plans for seasons (eg summer) and peaks (eg Mother’s Day)
    • Align plans with key stakeholders (Commercial & Range teams) and set up in a timely manner
    • Help investigate when elements of the website don’t behave as intended
  • Site optimisation - post-launch, help ensure the site is optimised for customer experience and commercial performance:
    • Scope and set up merchandising AB tests to optimise the website and apps
    • Make live optimisations based on site data to boost trading, react to customer behaviour, or raise awareness of products/categories
    • Respond quickly to on-site requests from other teams, especially during peak periods
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a fast-paced data-driven environment (ideally)
  • Detail-oriented, methodical and able to deliver to a high standard
  • Organised with a thoughtful approach to planning and prioritising work
  • Stakeholder management — collaborative and cross-functional work
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Customer empathy — focus on what works for customers and advocate for them in decision making
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership to get things done
  • Positive attitude and enjoyment of problem solving with others
