A leading flower delivery service in the UK is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to manage product launches and site optimization. This role involves working with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and requires 1-2 years' experience in a data-driven environment. We're a distributed team, with team members across the UK and Europe! We work closely with many other functions across the business and collaborate using virtual tools and our offices. We aim to gather as a full team once a year for an offsite in London or Amsterdam, and otherwise meet with our country teams as often as we can.
This role is responsible for the 'shop window' of our site, ensuring that products are set live accurately and merchandised to customers in inspiring and user-friendly ways. You’ll sit within our Commercial team and report to our Head of Commercial UK. You’ll work closely with teams including Range, Creative, Forecasting, Central Operations Planning, and more.
