Job summary

Boden is seeking a Merchandising Admin Assistant to provide admin support to the Product team, ensuring stock is correctly allocated and reported. You will manage PO processes, review intake against plans, and deliver weekly stock availability reports, supporting cross-functional teams with accurate data and timely communications.

• Manage Purchase Order and approval process.
• Review Stock Intake against plans.
• Provide weekly stock availability reporting.
• Support Monday trade reporting.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Handle PO process from raising to issuing in a timely manner.
