Job summary

Boden in the UK is seeking a Merchandising leader to plan and deliver profitable, customer-focused ranges in womenswear, coaching an Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandising Admin Assistant. Location: four days at North Acton office with one day work from home.

You will analyse data to identify trends, review range performance, present KPI, and collaborate across functions to ensure range alignment, pricing architecture and stock management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Junior Merchandiser or Senior Assistant Merchandiser ready for a new challenge.
• Passionate about a career in merchandising.
• Experience in proactively managing workload, prioritising, and delegating.
• Lead by example to all direct line reports and junior members across Merchandising.
• Ability to multitask, work cross functionally.

Responsibilities

• Create the product planning strategy for the department.
• Collate and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to plan the range architecture.
• Review size analysis and analyse market trends across product.
• Ensure range appeal across all markets through attribute and pricing architecture.
• Collaboratively present buy quantities with ROS and validation.
• Lead weekly trade meetings to optimise sales and identify risks & opportunities.
