Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize in West London is seeking a Merchandising Administration Assistant to support the Merchandising team with stock allocation, PO updates and reporting.

You will work closely with suppliers, supply chain and other internal teams, visiting stores across the UK and developing analytical reports to help shape upcoming ranges. This role suits someone with organisation, Excel enthusiasm and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Allocating stock to Monsoon stores worldwide, Concession partners and Digital channels.
• Tracking deliveries of all products and amending Purchase Orders with changes.
• Liaising with our Suppliers and Supply Chain teams for on-time deliveries.
• Creating reports and analysing sales to assist the buying and merchandising team with building future ranges.
• Presenting analysis and bestsellers to Merchandisers and Buyers.
• Working closely with the Merchandising team and other relevant teams (digital, concessions and channel merchandising).
• Visiting our stores across the UK regularly and creating competitor analysis.
• Collaborating across multiple functions in the business and externals (Supplier, Online Trading Team, Studio & Image Team, Marketing and Finance).
