Coca-Cola European Partners in Chester is seeking a Merchandiser to manage in-store presence across leading UK grocery retailers, ensuring our full product range is available, stocked accurately, and presented to a high standard on the shop floor. This active, hands-on role involves moving pallets, setting up impactful displays, organizing stock, and ensuring products are visible and well presented.

• Work across leading UK grocery retailers to ensure full product range is available in-store with stock accuracy and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.
• Move pallets using pump trucks and set up impactful displays.
• Organise stock and ensure products are visible and well presented in-store.
• Receive training and use the provided equipment to work safely and confidently.
• Build positive relationships with store teams and account executives for smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using iPhone/iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.

Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus

Please note: You will need a valid UK driving licence, own fully insured vehicle, and the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.

About Your Role

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.

• This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.

• Manual handling is part of the role, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.

• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.

• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.

• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.

• Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch-ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
