Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Merchandiser for Scarborough. The role is permanent with a Tuesday to Saturday pattern, offering a salary of £27,492 plus a quarterly bonus.

You will work across leading UK grocery retailers, ensuring full product range is in-store with strong stock availability and high-quality presentation. You’ll travel through the day, move pallets with pump trucks, set up displays and maintain stock organization.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and own fully insured vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Able to move throughout the day and lift/handle stock.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets using pump trucks and set up impactful store displays.
• Ensure stock availability and high-quality shop-floor presentation.
• Maintain safe manual handling procedures with provided training and equipment.
• Build positive relationships with store teams and Account Executives to ensure smooth operations.
• Use an iPhone/iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Participate in regular one-to-one and team catch-ups to develop skills.

About Your Role

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.
• This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
• Manual handling is part of the role, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch-ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
