Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a motivated individual for a permanent, hands-on role based in Worthing. You will move pallets, set up impactful displays, and ensure our full product range is visible and well presented in leading UK grocery retailers.

You will work Tue–Sat, with training provided. A UK driving licence and own vehicle are required, and you’ll receive a company pension, private health care, and a benefits package including volunteering days and holiday allowance.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets using pump trucks and set up displays.
• Ensure stockis accessible with high-quality presentation on shop floor.
• Build positive relationships with store teams and Account Executive.
• Communicate clearly with team and store contacts.
• Be proficient with iPhone/iPad for reporting.
• Receive regular coaching to develop skills.

Contract type: Permanent

Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus

About Your Role

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high‑quality presentation on the shop floor.


• This is an active, hands‑on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.


• Manual handling is part of the role, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.


• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.


• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.


• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.


• Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one‑to‑one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch‑ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
