Coca-Cola European Partners Exeter is hiring a Merchandiser to ensure our full product range is stocked, visible, and well presented across leading UK grocers. You’ll manage stock availability and create impactful displays on the shop floor.
This is a hands-on, active role requiring a valid UK driving license and access to your own insured vehicle. The position runs Tue–Sat with a permanent contract and a salary of £27,492 plus quarterly bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.
This is an active, hands-on role where you'll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
Manual handling is part of the role, and you'll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
Your development matters to us. You'll have regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch-ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
