Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is recruiting for a hands-on role working with leading UK grocery retailers. You’ll ensure our full product range is in stock, with strong focus on availability and presentation on the shop floor.

This active position involves moving pallets, setting up displays, organizing stock and maintaining clear communication with store teams. Full training, manual handling safety equipment, and regular coaching sessions support your development.

• No formal experience required; we provide full training and support.

Responsibilities

• Serve across leading UK grocery retailers to ensure full product range is available in stores.
• Move pallets using pump trucks and set up impactful displays.
• Organise stock and ensure high-quality in-store presentation.
• Perform manual handling with training and safety equipment provided.
• Build positive relationships with store teams and Account Executives.
• Collaborate with team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations.
• Use iPhone/iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Participate in regular one-to-one and team catch-ups to grow your skills.

Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus

About Your Role

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.
• This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
• Manual handling is part of the role, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one‑to‑one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch‑ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
