Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is hiring a Merchandiser in Cambridge. The role is permanent with a Tuesday–Saturday pattern. You will move across retailers to keep the full product range in stock and well presented on the shop floor, using pump trucks and setting up displays.

Training is provided, and you will need a valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle. Benefits include private health care, a pension and share plan, volunteering days, holidays, a fuel card, and in-house development

Responsibilities

• You'll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of Coca-Cola European Partners, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.
• This is an active, hands-on role where you'll be moving throughout the day, using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
• Manual handling is part of the role, and you'll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us. You'll have regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch-ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.

Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus
