Coca-cola European Partners in London is seeking a Merchandiser to work across leading UK grocery retailers, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store with strong stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.

This active, hands-on role involves moving pallets with pump trucks, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring products are visible and well presented.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving license and own fully insured vehicle.
• Full training provided for the role.
• No prior experience required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets and set up in-store displays.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure visibility of products.
• Build relationships with store teams and collaborate with the Account Executive.
• Use pump trucks and mobile devices for reporting.

Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: £29,869 + Quarterly bonus

About Your Role

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.
• This is an active, hands‑on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
• Manual handling is part of the role, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one‑to‑one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch‑ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
