Job summary

NRL Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical installations on a major construction development in Newcastle. The role focuses on delivering on programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives while coordinating with design teams, subcontractors and site personnel.

You will lead meetings, monitor compliance with technical specs and safety regs, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a smooth handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager within construction or building services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to manage large-scale MEP packages and coordinate diverse teams.

• Manage the full scope of mechanical and electrical installation works from inception to completion.
