Job summary

Linear Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in the North East of England. You will oversee mechanical, electrical and public health services, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality targets are met on site.

You will coordinate MEP subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders, manage progress and reporting, and drive integration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or senior MEP professional.
• Strong experience delivering major construction or data centre projects.
• A comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong knowledge of programmes, quality and H&S requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP installation and delivery across the project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP professional to take a key project leadership role on a high-profile data centre development, working within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.

The Role

As MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of all mechanical, electrical and public health services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
