Job summary

NRL Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager in the Newcastle area to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical works on a major construction development.

The role focuses on managing MEP activities in line with programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives, coordinating with design teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery and handover readiness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full scope of mechanical and electrical installation works from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Control budgets, resources, and schedules to meet contractual targets.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of MEP delivery.
• Ensure accurate commissioning and documentation in readiness for project handover.
