Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate MEP Cost Consultant to lead cost and commercial management on major data centre projects, with potential international travel to Norway. The role involves line management, client liaison, and ensuring contract deliverables meet high standards.

You will work within Arcadis’ global team to deliver sustainable design and engineering solutions while supporting business growth and innovation across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost and commercial management on large projects.
• Proven ability to lead smaller projects and support larger ones.
• Strong analytical skills with capability to deliver insights.
• Experience building client relationships and managing business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing large projects or complex work streams to meet client expectations.
• Line management responsibility for development and performance of team members.
• Supervise teams of Cost and Commercial Specialists on multiple projects.
• Act as primary client contact for cost and commercial reporting and QA.
• Review outputs before submission to clients and external groups.
• Maintain understanding of client objectives and ensure contract compliance.
• Contribute to development of cost and commercial management systems.
