Arcadis is delivering sustainable design, engineering and consultancy for major data centre projects. We seek an Associate MEP Cost Consultant to lead cost and commercial delivery, with potential in-country work and international travel (Norway).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or in Engineering/Construction Management.
• Professional certification (RICS, AACE or similar).
• Extensive previous experience in a similar cost/MEP role.
• In-depth technical knowledge of construction processes and cost & commercial management.
• Experience leading smaller projects and supporting on larger, more complex projects.
• Experience delivering analysis and insights to drive decisions.
• Experience working with external stakeholders to build client relationships.
• Experience managing business relationships and supporting middle management activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing large projects or complex work streams to meet client expectations.
• Line management responsibility for development and performance of team members.
• May supervise teams of Cost and Commercial Specialists on multiple projects.
• Acting as primary client contact for all cost and commercial reporting and QA.
• Reviewing teams outputs before submission to client and external groups.
• Maintaining understanding of client objectives and compliance with contracts.
• Supporting development of cost and commercial management systems and processes.
• Driving continual improvement and innovation in services.
