Senior MEP Cost Consultant – Nordic Data Centre Projects

Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate MEP Cost Consultant to lead cost and commercial activities on one of our largest data centre projects in the Nordics. The role offers potential 50/50 travel with time in-country and abroad, including Norway.

You will deliver cost analysis, manage teams, and act as the primary client contact for reporting while ensuring contract compliance and value optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Construction Management).
• Professional certification (RICS, AACE or similar).
• Extensive experience in a similar cost/MEP role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost & commercial management.
• Experience leading smaller projects and supporting larger ones.
• Experience delivering analysis and insights and working with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects or complex work streams with defined outputs.
• Line management responsibilities for development of team members.
• May supervise teams of Cost and Commercial Specialists on multiple projects.
• Primary client contact for cost and commercial reporting and QA.
• Review outputs before client submissions and external groups.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and contract delivery parameters.
• Support development of cost and commercial management systems and drive innovation.
