Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate MEP Cost Consultant to lead cost and commercial management on one of our largest data centre projects in the Nordics. The role involves significant travel, including 50/50 rotation between in-country work and Norway-based assignments.

You will work with global clients to deliver sustainable design and construction excellence across natural and built assets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost consultancy, with leadership experience and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Professional certification such as RICS, AACE or similar.
Extensive experience in cost and commercial management within major projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and cost control.
Experience leading smaller projects and supporting larger initiatives.
Experience delivering analysis and insights to clients.
Experience building relationships with external stakeholders and managing business relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of large projects or complex work streams to meet client expectations.
Provide line management and development for team members.
Supervise Cost and Commercial Specialists on multiple projects.
Be primary client contact for cost and commercial reporting and QA.
Review outputs before submission to clients and external groups.
Ensure alignment with client objectives and contracts.
