Care in Mind is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker at our Bury residential service. You will support young people aged 16–30, help with education, life skills and daily tasks, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a full manual UK driving licence, willingness to drive the service car unsupervised, and flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays. We offer pro rata salary (£26,227.50–£27,378 per year for full-time equivalent), training opportunities, and a range of benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence (not automatic) and be willing to drive the service car unsupervised.
• Must attend training throughout employment held on weekdays.
• Good written skills and the ability to write basic reports and record information accurately.
• Basic IT skills and the ability to write emails and use an online care system.

• Update online care records and complete medication administration.
• Support young people to promote independence with education and life skills.
• Maintain tidiness and a homely environment in the home.
• Assist with transport, appointments and community activities.
