Join to apply for the Mental Health Support Worker role at CES (UK) Ltd.

We are currently recruiting for mental health support workers for a private mental health hospital based in Preston, supporting adults 18+ with various mental health conditions.

Your role will be to ensure the patients are able to live as independently as possible by assisting with their daily lives when needed.

Job Requirements

• Experience working with mental health
• DBS on update service (Desirable)
• Restraint training e.g., PMVA/Mapa/CPI/Maybo
• Minimum 3 years of references with no gaps
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Encourage skill development
• Attend appointments
• Assist with day-to-day tasks to enable independence
• Measure and record patients' vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
