Role Details

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Mold CH7. This role is based at a rehabilitation service for both males and females, specializing in high support inpatient rehab. As an agency worker, you will have flexibility in choosing shifts that fit your schedule while providing vital care and support to individuals in need.

Please note: Only female applicants will be considered at this time due to the needs of the service. Applicants must have a current MAPA/Safety Intervention or PMVA Certificate; those without will not be considered.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Follow care plans and uphold high standards of support.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health is essential.
